What started as a passion, turned into a purpose. Putting in the hours on the pit, learning the craft, and sharing the kind of food that built community.

Barbecue is more than what’s on the plate. For us, it’s about pride in the work, passion for the process, and perseverance through the grind. Every pop up tells that story of long nights, early mornings, and the joy of seeing a community gather around great food.

But this is just the beginning. Briel’s Barbecue is growing into more than a pop up or a plate of food, it’s becoming a community hub that we’re building up and down the valley, where neighbors can connect, friends can celebrate, and people can feel at home. Whether it’s at a block party, brewery pop ups, or future brick and mortar, our mission stays the same: bringing people together, honoring the craft, and keep stacking days.

Briel’s Barbecue was built on curiosity, smoke, and a whole lot of hustle.
